Sourdough bread making is a 2-day process from start to finish. It starts with preparing ingredients and bulk-fermenting the dough.
Unlike most bread-making methods, sourdough requires OVERNIGHT FERMENTATION. This is where the benefits of sourdough come to life.
The final stage is baking and packing the sourdough loaves, which happens on day 2.
