TIPS ON HOW TO STORE YOUR SOURDOUGH
AND KEEP IT FRESH!
SHORT-TERM STORAGE
We recommend storing your sourdough bread for 1-3 days on the kitchen counter at room temperature in a bread bag, air-tight container, or a bread box.
For optimal freshness, please consume your sourdough bread within 1-3 days. Our sourdough does not contain any preservatives.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
1. Pre-slice your sourdough bread to your desired width.
2. Place into a gallon-size zip-lock bag.
3. Store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
Sourdough is known to freeze very well. The flavor and texture will not be compromised. When you are ready to enjoy the bread, simply place it into the toaster, air-fryer, or on a hot skillet.
